Yummy Tummy Tea

Refreshing peppermint and calming chamomile create a wonderful base to support a mix of herbal roots that coat the digestive tract and leave the palate with a subtle hint of sweet n’ spicy characteristics. 

For best results steep 1 teaspoon of herbal tea blend in 8-10 ounces of hot water for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy after meals.

Ingredients: Peppermint, Chamomile, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, and Ginger Root. 

Peppermint: Eases nausea, and stomach cramps, freshens breath, renews, and refreshes.

Chamomile: Calming by easing the stressed nervous system, aids in digestion, is anti-inflammatory, and supports the immune system.

Licorice Root: Sweet tasting, anti-inflammatory, soothing for sore throat, bronchial inflammation, and digestive inflammation.

Marshmallow Root: A mucilaginous herb that alleviates sore throats, diarrhea, constipation, and bronchial inflammation. 

Ginger Root: A primary herb used for reproductive, respiratory, and digestive systems. Improves circulation, eases nausea and stomach tension.
